The documents, which are not yet a reality, would prove a person has been vaccinated for COVID-19 or recently tested negative for the virus.
Earlier this week, Ohio Rep. Al Cutrona (R-Canfield) said he would introduce legislation prohibiting vaccine passports for entry into an area or establishment.
“We don’t have any plans to create a passport. We’ll have to see what the desires are out there. Businesses can make their own decisions and people can make their own decisions,” DeWine said. He said he has not seen the proposed legislation.

“No plans”. What a coward/politician answer.
Just think - we can’t require voter ID but many in gubmint want to require a “vaccine passport”.
What will the black people do?
Everyone will eventually cave
DeWine is Deep State.
He’s been the worst/most restrictive R Gov during the Covid time, I think.
Essentially what he said is nothing.
What I am hoping... (yes, hoping) is this will all boil down to the dollar. Those states that do not demand your personal medical records (yes.. that’s what I’m calling the passports) will see visitors who spend cash on vacations, events, etc... The states that do demand your medical records will falter. For example, I know a group of folks who are waiting to see who demands them during the summer. They will choose their vacation on who doesn’t.

The last popularity poll I saw had him at 83% favorability with regards to his Covid response. He had over 80% favorability from both Ohio Republicans and Democrats and had the highest favorability of any US governor. That was about a year ago though.
