There's an easy fix to that problem. Don't all show up at the same time. That's what happened to me. The following day, a buddy went to the same polling place and the wait was 10 minutes.

Because without voter ID, they can vote 8X more often.
The bill states that if on election day the line is longer than an hour wait in a precinct with 2000+ voters, then before the next general or special election election, the precinct must establish another polling site within the precinct.
Regarding the water, the precincts can set up self service water stations. Nothing forbids voters to bring their own water.
Schumer makes me ill.

Hey, Chuck U, They CLOSED my polling place around the corner from us and now we have to drive 3 miles to “vote” on Dominion machines. STFU.
I have voted and participated in every election in Georgia since 2000. Just in my area alone, I have voted in four different places. The reason for the changes was due to the Starbucks churches not being open during the pandemic and the local schools not being able to handle the influx of voters because of population growth in our area.
Starbucks churches are churches that serve coffee and drinks before and after church services. These churches have cafes next to the entrance inside of the building.
Outside of Atlanta, the issue Schumer speaks of is related to population density, and in a lot of rural Georgia the population is scattered in small clumps across the country side, not concentrated as in Atlanta and many of the rural districts are majority “black”.
But manning voter centers requires money, which the rural counties say they can manage only by having fewer of them.
But any party and any county has a solution - getting volunteers to take scattered rural populations to the polls.
"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators."
Looks like the democrats attempted grip on states from making their voting laws is failing fast the party has push people past the tipping point.
The rigging of the 2022 election just may have to be an honest one the coffin lid closes for the party.
