Sidney Powell, a lawyer who advised President Donald Trump’s campaign, asked a judge on Monday to throw out a $1.3 billion lawsuit accusing her of spreading false conspiracy theories about the November presidential election.
Powell said in a filing in federal court in Washington that there was a “no basis” for the lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems Inc in January.
Powell, represented by three lawyers, argued that claims she made about Denver-based Dominion were protected by the right to free speech under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
She said her claims about Dominion were meant to be hyperbolic, and that “reasonable people would not accept such statements as fact but view them only as claims that await testing by the courts through the adversary process.”

Whether or not anything else was “bulltards”, the issue you cite about the governors changing the law was a known fact. So you’re absolutely right about the fact that it would’ve been much better to pursue a challenge based on known facts that are on your side than to go down the “rabbit hole” of the unknown.

What court EVER offered to hear any evidence that she, or ANY of the Trump election lawyers wanted to present?
The left/courts keep saying “No evidence has been found!” and “No standing!”
But, I am not aware of any court that has allowed any election fraud evidence to be presented.

Only Trump himself can answer that question. Yet I sense Trump knew he would not get a second term and reveled in being a disruptor. Trump, if anything, is a master showman.
She is very close to one of the more renown defamation lawyers in the country. Is this his advice? I would have hoped Sidney was keeping very close to sustainable facts all these months. People donated money for her efforts.

There was some big data review of anomalous precinct by precinct results. A near total blockade of investigations. It’s tough to prove something if data acquisition is precluded.
The ‘Rats pulled out all of the stops. Many of the guilty Counties have had decades of practice in all sorts of shenanigans. I could easily be that vote counting machines are that least of it, but there is still stong hints of Dominion machines used to cheat. Likely in a number of ways.

We didn't lose the election. Corrupt Democrat officials manufactured ballots in several swing states. Trump received more votes than any president in history, and if you think we are going to believe Biden won 12 million more votes than Obama, you aren't rational.
Yes, the mail in ballot thing was a large if not the biggest part of the fraud, but I think there has been sufficient evidence shown to believe the machines were also rigged in various counties.
