St. George the Drugsslayer
To keep the jury uninformed. Too much knowledge in the hands of free people is always a threat to the system.
That was the procedure that he was taught.
Because “just-us,” not justice.
Entire large cities are being held hostage by violent mobs. This is third world crap.
If there was no evidence at the autopsy of affixation, then that video proves nothing.
Yep. Any excuse to riot.
Yep. We’re heading there full speed.
The cities are willing victims. The cities have thins called Police Departments that are designed to deal with violent mobs. Should a city be held hostage by a violent mob, one can rest assured that it approves of being held hostage.
This is a very interesting question. And one area where the defense might have an advantage. Chauvin must have known and had some interaction with Floyd. But right now Chauvin knows all of the details and the prosecution only knows what it could glean from interviewing other employees.
If you go back six years ago...way before Floyd’s death...the club they both worked at...had this reputation as a money-laundering operation. What was said in 2015, on some bust of the club...Mexican drug-cartel members were active and this was their operation.
I think if you asked the question, where did this counterfeit $20-bill come from that triggered the call from the grocery that morning, it’d open up a lot more discussions about the club connection. I don’t think Chauvin wants to open that discussion.
My humble guess is that when Chauvin got the call to go over to the grocery about a counterfeit $20 situation...then came to face Floyd, this was a totally messed-up situation. This was all going to come back to the El Nuevo Ranch Club, and it’s ‘owners’.
One other thing to bring up. Floyd had only worked at the club for roughly a year. He’d been brought in as a bouncer for ‘black-events’, and stayed on. Chauvin? He’d been there for 17 years. Even after the money-laundering business in 2015...he never left.
There’s a veritable mountain of medical data about fentanyl causing respiratory distress at *LOW* doses. Floyd had enough fentanyl in him to kill a horse. Do the math.
I have a family member who worked as a nurse in a large metro area hospital, she left and went to a smaller rural hospital that paid less. Shootings and violent crime was up dramatically and it is not even spring there yet. The violence was overwhelming the trauma centers. Between COVID and the violence the money was not worth it. Now she deals with dog bites, car accidents, occasional self inflicted wounds and the daily abuse cases. As bad as that sounds she said it is like a day at the beach compared to the city hospitals.
gowatch all the videos of the scene- especially the cop body cameras and audio- He was breathing and talking just fine right up until the massive overdose of drugs in his system knocked him unconscious- The knee on his back and shoulders did not cause him to pass out- the massive drug overdose in his system and his serious heart problems to boot caused him to pass out
George floyd was freaking out- but he was being starved for oxygen by anything the cops did- The evidence supports this fact- Even after he passed out, the cop said twice- that floyd was still breathing- and you could see he was still breathing- There is simply no evidence to prove the restraining move caused floyd to die- there is plenty of solid evidence that floyd had lethal doses of not just one drug, but several in his system, plus two serious heart problems and damage-
>> The rioters will riot either way.
Grizzlies belching.
Controlling an uncooperative perp by kneeling on the side of his neck.
He was able to not breath for 9 minutes. He must be super human!
The left are falsely claiming he could only partially breathe because of the knee on the neck partially cutting off airflow, but this is a lie too because floyd was speaking fine, distinctly, and you cou,d see AND hear him taking ful, breaths the whole time until the drugs knocked him out. One cop said twice, after the drugs knocked floyd out that he was still breathing, and you could see Floyd’s back moving as he took breaths I beleive from a couple of angle shots. The left don’t want to admit this, nor do they want to admit that floyd had not just one, but 2 severe heart problems, nor do they want to admit that floyd had taken lethal doses of not just one drug, but 2, nor do they want to admit floyd was suffering fro covid, something the cops couldn’t possibly have k own at the time, nor do the left want to admit that floyd fought with the cops in a violent manner, which was the whole reason for subduing him in the first place.
They also don’t want to admit that floyd was a very error man who was amped up on drugs and cou,d at any second go berserk and hurt both cops and innocent bystanders, even after he passed out. Peers who have passed out have been known to suddenly come back to, and fight the police with I credible strength when they are hopped up on drugs.
I don’t blame Chauvin one bit for subduing the man UNTIL paramedics got their and could strap hi down to the gurney so that they could then assess the situation in a much safer manner. Yes Flo passed out, from drugs, but it is a fact that passed out people suddenly come to and are capable of doing a lot of damage, this is why he had to be held down until he could be restrained more thoroughly.
George brought ALL that happened to him on himself. He could have chose to not do drugs that day, not to try and
Pass off fake money, not to resist arrest, etc. But all his choices that day led to his overdose and death. This should be an open and shut case. One coroner mentioned that even if floyd hadn’t gone out that day, paramedics would still have been called to his residence for drug overdose. He said they wou,d have found d floyd dead i. His residence. The cops had nothing to do with what George did to himself.
[[George floyd was freaking out- but he was being starved for oxygen by anything the cops did- ]]
WOOPS, I MEANT that he was NOT being starved for oxygen by anything. The cops did
I agree with you. I just hate to try to defend a guy who has his knee on the neck for nine minutes. The cop was merciless.
