Love Dans show he’ll do ok
Our only other choice in that time slot here is a financial talk show...................
he may fill the time slot, but not the shoes.
he is the rebound voice... making the way for the real replacement smoother.
I like Dan Bongino. He’s good. I admire Dennis Prager and visit his site often, but he is a bit too low key. Which is not bad, but...not for 3+ hours.

I tried to listen to Prager on my commute. Way too slow moving. I enjoy the Prager U videos, but then those are the ones that are NOT him.
Some like the slow calming thing. I get that. I prefer Shapiro speed. :)
A think Bongino is the perfect replacement for Rush. His style seems to be the closest to Rush’s out there.
I think Dan’s a good choice, but would rather have seen Marc Steyn in that time slot.
Bongino is factual and knows his stuff. Not very entertaining however.
I think Dan Bon Gino will be an excellent choice! He will continue Rush Limbaugh‘s legacy of excellence.
Rush wasn’t always listened to for the whole 3 hours either. Sometimes he was, but even 30 minutes of his show in its hayday was significant.
I hope he does ok. It’s not easy to do a three hour show from a half hour show.
I wish he was. Here in ATL (WSB radio) we’re getting NeverTrumper idiot Erick Erickson.
Andrew Wilkow on XM is on from 12-3 and has been better than Rush for years.
Dan B is a nice guy. He’s educated- ironically, he doesn’t give himself enough credit for this. He talks about himself and his family too much for the rush time slot. Too much innuendo. Maybe he’ll stop. And does his own commercials. He’ll burn out his voice. But he will gain most by slowing down and toning down the yelling. His podcasts are 50 minutes of yelling. I cannot follow him. All his stories are in one tone. Yelling. I cannot follow what he’s saying.
Howie Carr would be good.
I would like to see Mark Levin in that time slot, but he’s got his own show in the evening.................
THAT is true. That said, I admire Mr. Prager, and have listened to his podcasts, but while his intellect is superior, his presentation is...sedate...:)
That isn’t always a bad thing, for example, I love Mark Levin, but I cannot listen to him since his anger (justified, and mirroring my own) is somewhat contagious to me, and I can nearly feel my blood pressure rising to keep pace with Levin’s rising blood pressure...:)
Good or bad, it is a change for the future. Will give a listen, on occasion, and it will either work for me or not.
I’m not expecting him to be Rush Limbaugh.
