Well as an IMMIGRANT I will use the lawful term illegal alien whenever its necessary...and thats whenever I am referring to a person who is illegally in my country...

No problem as they are “illegal aliens” under federal law. Should use the correct, legal term. Otherwise, are they insurgents, terrorists, thieves, rapists, child molesters, drug runners...

They cannot be banned for usage of the term “illegal alien.” Its used in immigration law passed by Congress. It is the correct term. If they want to go to court over the issue it would be won easily on a 1st amendment issue.
