I think they said on Sunday that 3 was the limit, but 4 would be too many (for Cuomo to be redeemable). I expect the MSM to walk this back, and there will be lots of “....deserves due process.....” discussions, if any of this news actually makes it to the airwaves.

Cuomo’s trying to take a dive. Sure, he’s labeled a horn dog and steps down. It beats being charged in the deaths of all those people in New York.

Probably closer to the Eliot Spitzer model of resigning in exchange for ALL investigations to be closed down. If you recall, Client 9—he of the keeping his black socks on during the encounters—was facing various criminal charges for how he paid for prostitutes. As well, there were other charges that could have been pursued such as misuse of government funds in the form of Spitzer insisting on going to DC to testify at a Congressional hearing just so he keep his black socks on at a DC hotel the day before. However, Spitzer resigned in exchange for all of it going away.
I suspect Cuomo is doing the same in signaling to his media allies to run with these stories knowing that when he eventually resigns and everyone is patting themselves on the back for getting rid of him, he'll be raising a toast to Spitzer for showing how to get out of serious criminal charges with a sex scandal that no one on the RAT side really cares about.

Pure speculation on my part, but let’s call it educated speculation..... What if key democrats knew of a meeting where one or more advisors argued to use the hospital ship and the field hospital set up by Trump instead of returning the infected patients to buildings full of the most vulnerable folks?
It is not hard to imagine that he said “screw that guy, we are Noo Yawk and we don’t need Trump?

It’s interesting that this is all coming out NOW. Cuomo was in the limelight throughout 2020, with the media heaping endless, over-the-top praise on him. Cuomo - like Fauci - was too valuable as the non-Trump, the counter-Trump. Cuomo and Fauci were the alleged “man of science, so they had to be protected until after the election and inauguration. They had a role in “the narrative,” and the narrative must be protected at all costs.
Most of this is crap. The Democrats want Cuomo out but not for his actual crime of mass murder by pushing Wuhan carrying people into nursing homes and handicapped peoples’ halfway houses. So they are ginning up a forest of sexual harassment claims, most of which don’t amount to a fraction of Joe Biden’s fondling etc. Pushing old folks to their deaths is regarded by the left as a necessary function of government eugenics responsibilities, disposing of useless eaters.
