An appeals court ruled Friday that a lower court erred in dismissing a third-degree murder charge against the former Minneapolis police officer accused in the killing of George Floyd, clearing the way for the Minneapolis attorney general's office to try to have the charge reinstated.
Derek Chauvin, who was seen on a bystander video kneeling on Floyd's neck for several minutes, faces second-degree murder and manslaughter charges. His trial begins Monday.
Just wait until Chauvin walks. The Defense is going to make a gold mine of the bodycam footage of Floyd saying that he couldn’t breathe while he was seated in his car, before the officers even laid a hand on him. The first autopsy said he died from drug induced cardiac arrhythmia, before the politicians got a hold of it. Finally, they’ll break out the Minneapolis Police’s own training manuals which shows the restraint Chauvin used on Floyd, to be the exact restraint they trained at the Academy for a person in “excited delirium”.
George Floyd was not “killed”. He died of a drug overdose. The police were present when that occurred but they did not cause his death.
Sham a scam. Did target get a new supply of free flat screens shipped in? Fentynel OD. NOT murder. Of course pedo joe has already stated that if it comes down to “truth” over facts, they’ll choose “truth”. And we know how that will go.
Keep going until they get the result they want.

But truth be told, Chauvin doesn’t stand a snowball’s chance in hell of getting off. Any juror, even in their right mind, would be afraid to vote to acquit for this reason: After the trial, you just know that some county clerk will “accidentally” release the names of the jurors in a “clerical error”.
Also, the jurors will have it subtly drilled into them by someone on the juror “Yo dudes, if youz find dis honky pig innocent, de bros and sis’s are gonna light dis town up”. Jurors will be afraid to vote to acquit because they don’t wanna be seen as the ones who set off new rioting, looting and burning.
It just seems that all logic has fled a long time ago. Now all one needs to do is keep making things up to get desired results.

In this day and age, every cop needs an emergency fake ID and passport and a few thousand dollars in bitcoin on standby. Throw your cell phone on the back of a semi truck headed east, then you go west.

If you get called for that jury, you really need to tell a story during the vor dire of how you got beat up by black kids every day walking home from school. And you want to be fair, but you’re just not sure if you can. Pull a nose hair to make a tear.
People love sincerity. When you learn to fake that, you’ve got it made.
Justice depends on the jury here.
I listened to Rush Limbaugh on the radio for 30 years...the prosecution will get you off the jury in no time.
Right you are. He may still be convicted but would most likely win on appeal.
