Hospitals and nursing homes, with “reasonable restrictions” now will be able to allow visits from two caregivers or two visitors at a time. That is up from a limit of one in both cases.

Apparently Northport DCH didn’t get the memo. I went in this morning to my mom’s room, and left while they were working with her, picked up some between meal snacks for her, and they wouldn’t let me back in. Said I had to wait until tomorrow if I’d left and then come back. :-/
I can’t believe they enforced that silly rule that makes no sense. I lived in Northport while finishing my Masters across the river.
