Too little too late… we don’t want to hear it…
Former Vice President Pence on Wednesday criticized the 2020 election in his his first extended written comments since leaving office in January.
Pence said there were “significant voting irregularities” and “numerous instances of officials setting aside state election law” in the 2020 presidential election.
The remarks were offered by Pence in an op-ed published by the Daily Signal, a publication run by the conservative Heritage Foundation. The context was an attack on H.R. 1, a voting rights bill the House is expected to pass on Wednesday, that Pence said would “increase opportunities for election fraud.”
" “Many of the most troubling voting irregularities took place in states that set aside laws enacted by state legislatures in favor of sweeping changes ordered by governors, secretaries of state, and courts.”“While legislators in many states have begun work on election reform to restore public confidence in state elections, unfortunately, congressional Democrats have chosen to sweep those valid concerns and reforms aside and to push forward a brazen attempt to nationalize elections in blatant disregard of the U.S. Constitution.”
There are times in history when men of high character and courage are called upon to act—and lead.
Pence had his opportunity for greatness and he failed miserably.
He is confessing to certifying fraud.
He sure is.

It’s not an irregularity. It’s out right obvious criminal fraud and illegal behavior. Chasing poll watchers out of the area. Putting up posterboard where they can’t see through windows. Illegal procedures from one end to the other. That’s not an “irregularity“. Start using some real language.
And the time to do some thing about it is when it was happening. He decided to go on vacation to Florida, and then rubberstamp it until it’s too late to matter. Prick.
Sad to say, that’s about it.
He’s not alone either.
The Republicans voted in large part to certify.

Yep. As some Freepers suggested he should have refused to do the dims dirty work at a bare minimum. Showing up for the faux inauguration was also a choice he made.

Totally self-serving. If he runs for president in 4 years, he doesn’t want to face the fraud of 2020. He also wants to be a viable candidate, so doesn’t want to stray too far from the base.
