Mike Pence Breaks His Silence on Election

Click here to read the full article

Too little too late… we don’t want to hear it…

Former Vice President Pence on Wednesday criticized the 2020 election in his his first extended written comments since leaving office in January.

Pence said there were “significant voting irregularities” and “numerous instances of officials setting aside state election law” in the 2020 presidential election.

The remarks were offered by Pence in an op-ed published by the Daily Signal, a publication run by the conservative Heritage Foundation. The context was an attack on H.R. 1, a voting rights bill the House is expected to pass on Wednesday, that Pence said would “increase opportunities for election fraud.”

" “Many of the most troubling voting irregularities took place in states that set aside laws enacted by state legislatures in favor of sweeping changes ordered by governors, secretaries of state, and courts.”

“While legislators in many states have begun work on election reform to restore public confidence in state elections, unfortunately, congressional Democrats have chosen to sweep those valid concerns and reforms aside and to push forward a brazen attempt to nationalize elections in blatant disregard of the U.S. Constitution.”

The Supreme Court disagreed with your assessment. The VP had ZERO power bestowed on him to do anything but count em. They would have slapped the thing down in a heartbeat.

yet didn't feel it necessary to stop the counting and send the disputed E.C. votes back to the states.

Because that is not within his power to do so in any way, shape, manner, or form. The States have to do that *before* the Electors get sent to Washington. The Vice President just presides over them being counted. The VP has zero powers beyond that. Try reading the Constitution. Any parliamentary rulings he would make, if the opportunity even arose, could be appealed and overridden by a vote.

It's time for these lies to stop being spread that the VP has imaginary powers that don't exist. Are we all about narrative around here and facts are irrelevant?

What opportunity was that? He didn’t claim to have imaginary powers?

Of course the VP doesn't. All you have to do is read the Constitution to figure that out. Very simple.

But lies on this issue are what some people thrive on...coming up with imaginary powers that don't exist to come up with a conspiracy that doesn't exist. Like the Left - it is all about narrative - and no facts and no truth is going to stand in the way of perpetuating it.

Some people have very active imaginations. Imaginary powers to create imaginary conspiracies. Narrative over fact.

He was never asked to decertify anything. He was asked to temporarily set aside certain Electors until their states had a chance to investigate the massive fraud they were unearthing. State legislatures had written him urgently to postpone counting Electors for about a week to ten days.

Article II of the Constitution gives all power to state legislators over matters dealing with their Electors.

During the postponement,
Trump lawyers were set to present to Congress the evidence of fraud and rigging by the CCP and others.

He not only failed to stand strong on principle, and failed to act for the nation, he choose to allow something to happen when he knew it was wrong. The last makes his actions memorable, if not immoral and illegal. He certified fraud, and he will have to answer to his maker, and truly know the damage it caused.

Assigning imaginary roles and powers to someone to smear their character is not a reflection of their character but on the person who is doing the smearing.

He knew it and certified it anyway, to join the “move along” crowd that didn’t want to have to make un-PC decisions. “We just want to get along now”...well, maybe you all can just get right on down along the road and join the party that best suits your political views. I think we’ve had enough of you!

That is total nonsense. The VP has no such power. The Constitution is very clear he *shall* count the the Electoral votes presented. That’s it. That other stuff is a completely made up fabricated power.

The State Legislatures had power before their states electors were sent to be counted to certify different slates. They did not. Nothing the VP has any authority or role to do. A letter written by a handful of legislators is not an official action, nor is it a motion on the floor to rule on Electors during the meeting, nor is it a competing slate of Electors.

It is pure ignorance and embarrassing to keep arguing the VP had these powers, roles, and authorities. They don’t exist.

So he's a backstabbing snake that betrayed America because he failed to declare himself dictator and claim powers for himself that don't exist for the VP and would have been laughed out of the place if he had attempted to do so by a motion "I appeal the ruling of the chair" and it get voted down.

Resign.

Refuse to act.

Do anything. Do something!

Otherwise lets have a robot as Vice President.

The robot can use the Nuremberg defense and make it stick.

Humans need to step up, break the rules, and save the f*&^ing Republic.

No excuses.

There are two sides to every issue. Why is it always the case that the GOPee always gets the losing side? And that cowardly conservatives always accept such nonsense? The USSC decision to refuse to hear the Texas case wasn’t unanimous. There were three justices who believed the case had merit. Why couldn’t the other “conservative” justices agree with the reasoning of their supposed colleagues? These situations happen an awful lot. The truth is there were constitutional scholars who believed that Pence was completely within his duty to refuse to accept the fraudulent electors and send it back to the state legislatures. Why should we just accept the view that he couldn’t? Why couldn’t Pence have done tgat and let the chips fall where they may? As it is now, because the electoral fraud was certified with GOPee complicity there will never be another legitimate election in this country again. We have just witnesses the end of the 245 year old Constitutional Republic. The members of the GOPee at the state and national levels who let this happen are beneath contempt, from the USSC judges to the GOPee state legislators to the Congressmapen and Senators to Pence himself. Eff all of them! GOPee Delenda Est!

All great points. The Dems fight for every inch of the political battlefield every day of the year. Even after losing everything in 2016 they soldiered on. The GOP does the exact opposite. They look for any reason to surrender and avoid a political fight.

Result being many formerly red states are now solid blue and red states like GA are now key battleground states. That has all happened precisely because we do not have an opposition party to the progressive-corportist alliance and their open borders/unfair trade agenda.

Your choice of that word 'dictator', sounds so very familiar. Perhaps, Lizzie Perry, has you on a short leash. The uniparty flat out steals an election and some take up for the theft... bless your bleeding heart.

“The Dems fight for every inch of the political battlefield every day of the year.”

On Rush’s show today they replayed a clip of him talking about this. I don’t know when it was originally aired. He said that even when they lose, they act like winners and take charge, and they’re ruthless.

Show me where it says you must knowingly accept fraudulent votes.
Hint: he admits he knew if vote fraud.
Certifying a fraud is a crime.
He committed a crime.
Show me where it says he must commit a crime.
Constitution isn’t a suicide pact, by the way.
