Wyoming's House of Representatives has just passed a Voter ID law requiring all residents to show identification before voting. The bill also allows for poll registrars to refuse voting to Wyoming residents who cannot show voter ID.
The bill states:
AN ACT relating to elections; modifying the definition of acceptable identification; requiring that acceptable identification be presented before voting in person; providing that provisional ballots may be cast as specified; providing that in person voters may be challenged for failure to present acceptable identification; modifying department of transportation notification requirements for identification cards; making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective date.
. . .
Except as specifically provided otherwise, a person may vote only if he the person is a qualified elector, and only in the precinct in which he the person resides and, if voting in person, only if the person presents acceptable identification immediately before voting at the polling place or absentee polling place. If a person is unable to present acceptable identification immediately before voting at the polling place or absentee polling place, the person may vote by provisional ballot pursuant to W.S. 22‑15‑105.

Force it to be done anyway! State sovereignty! Screw the Odumbo judge!
Here in North Carolina, we did pass voter ID in 2018, but a liberal judge knocked it down in 2019.
An appeals court overturned the ban on September 15, 2020, and the law was reinstated, but it wasn’t implemented for the November 3rd, 2021 presidential election.
Should last a couple of weeks before being overturned.
“Which battleground state is this ? ? ?”
Liz Cheney’s. This is where it came from.
A NC court recently overturned (D) Gov Cooper’s rejection of a voter mandated voter ID law.....so NC residents will have to present a valid ID next election!!
And they should not obey any federal POS judge that tries to overturn it.
Until we get serious about those specific areas where cheating occors en masse, we are kidding ourselves.
And suddenly when it gets there, the USSC will be all for hearing the case.
This is all Kabuki Theater to pretend there’s integrity in the election process. Wyoming isn’t a swing state.
Well that’s at least one state that won’t fall to the blue domino.
When will the other 49 states join this sanity?
It has been ruled constitutional in multiple states. Just model after those. There has not been found a single person denied voting due to ID law in Indiana.
You need to have an ID to do just about everything these days...To say it’s hard to get one for voting is just plain stupid.
Democrats are against it because it makes it harder for them to cheat that’s all there is to it.
Every single action Democrats take is designed to make it easier for them to cheat.
They know they can’t win without cheating.

Voter ID laws always seem to get struck down by the courts.
Some states, like FL have them, but the new state laws always seem to go bye bye.
This will be a big step in the right direction as long as the State of Wyoming nullifies any attempt by a judge to overturn it.
Next only allow election returns to be announced simultaneously. The whole state or nothing. I am sure that is racist somehow, though
