How hard it must be to look for racism? It’s disgusting.

Looking for experts amongst educators is not very broadminded.
They’ll be coming for Peanuts soon too. Charles Schultz had a character in there named Franklin. I don’t remember much about Franklin, but I am sure the idiots on the left will find something to condemn there.

Dr. Seuss was a big lefty, so it’s ironic.

I do not like these leftist scum
I will not live below their thumb.
I will not call a she a he
I will not sit down when I pee.
They call my president a loon
And kill a baby in the womb.
I find their skulls an empty shell
They’ll spend eternity in Hell.
I do not like these leftist scum
I will not live below their thumb.

BOSTON - Six Dr. Seuss books — including “And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street” and “If I Ran the Zoo” — will stop being published because of racist and insensitive imagery, the business that preserves and protects the author’s legacy said Tuesday. Calling Dr. Seuss a racist is a pretty stupid way of preserving his legacy.

Also on the purge list is Claude Brown’s 1965 autobiography Manchild in the Promised Land, a chronicle of the author’s coming-of-age amidst poverty and violence in Harlem during the 40s/50s.
Published at the height of the civil rights movement, it was once celebrated by critics for its realism. but today is denounced for its scathing indictment of Black culture.

I learned to read with help from Dr. Suess, but only knew 4 of his works -- One Fish Two Fish, Cat in the Hat, Marvin K. Mooney, Green Eggs and Ham, plus the tv version of Horton. The books were good when they were read to me, but even as a tiny tot I wouldn't have read them to myself. The charm was mainly from the rhyme. Horton was amusing, though; that "Wickersham Brothers" song was not fully appreciated until I was much older.
We know what you're up to, pal
You're trying to shatter our morale
You're trying to stir up discontent
And seize the reins of government!
You're trying to throw sand in our eyes
You're trying to kill free enterprise
And raise the cost of figs and dates
And wreck our compound interest rates!
And shut our schools and steal our jewels
And even change our football rules
Take away our garden tools
And lock us up in vestibules!
But fortunately, we're no fools...
Priceless.
