Apparently in either the Thanksgiving or Christmas show the cartoonists had several characters on one side of the dinner table and Franklin by himself on the other side (which happened to be left). So Franklin was "isolated and segregated"; a white supremacy conspiracy in the minds of the addled.

They're going after Babar for having a colonist agenda, going back to "civilize" the other animals back in his homeland. Seriously.
