Presumably they would use the Nuremberg standards. One white grandparent would make you a Mischling considered 1/3 white and eligible for citizenship. Half white would make you 2/3 white for legal purposes and thus white and eligible for persecution.
All they have to do is replace his booster shot.
I can promise you Biden is not far from being exposed as being "gone with the wind."

Stock up on the popcorn. The people who benefit from having Biden in the White House are not the same people who would benefit from having Harris in the White House. This will get ugly. To prevent the fight, the Harris people may have to negotiate college presidencies and multimillion dollar book deals for a lot of people. The hilarious part is, the Biden folks will have to keep him from talking to anyone. He must be kept away from cameras. No public appearances at all. How will they do that? Will they pull in an actor to play the role? George Clooney and Ellen DeGeneres are available.

Biden’s leadership is non existent. The presidential decisions are being made by someone that we don’t know. It is all hidden. Kamala, if put in that position, will foul up the works big time. She is not ready to lead anything.
I think either way, the presumed leader is not the leader. Someone else is running the show that we didn’t elect.
Biden is a caretaker prez in more ways than one. I think the bookies ought to start taking bets on when Plugs is either removed by the cabinet or “voluntarily” resigns.

Are we supposed to reassured by taking the nuclear launch authority away from Joe Dementia and giving it to Kamala Harris? That might be scarier. Nuclear weapons only have a deterrent effect when enemies believe you have the will to use them. Joe loves to give war a chance. Which nation believes that Harris would retaliate even if 95% of the USA had been obliterated? So her handlers will create a situation for her to display martial resolve — goodbye Granada.
