I still can’t believe he’s gone. He was an ever-present radio icon who was a constant source of reassurance when he wasn’t the essential warning bell on issues often ignored. Who will step into these very large shoes?

me either...all seems surreal. the guy literally opened my eyes politically....this is awful.
Still hard to believe he is gone,
Even though we had a years notice.
When I see his casket and flag,
I see the living Rush in my mind.
And the great Patriot he was.
RIP, RUSH, THE LEGEND, HERO , GIANT and the MAN.
He was an inspiration for millions, myself included.

I know he did a lot to support the troops and Rush was a national treasure of sorts, but a Marine? I could see some sort of an exception I guess.
