Gee, I guess “POTUS” will just have to cancel his SOTU address, then, “out of an abundance of caution”.
Imagine that..
The REAL reason, of course, is that they can’t pump him full of enough drugs to be coherent for even a 60 minute speech, so they make up this “threat” that of course doesn’t exist, so they have an excuse for him to not give a SOTU address this year.
By next year, Kamala will have taken over.
