In the month since President Joe Biden entered the US presidential palace, gas prices have risen to an extent previously unseen since before the advent of the coronavirus pandemic.
Gas prices are up more than 10 cents a gallon nationwide in the last week alone. Some have pointed out increases in price that are even greater, with gas prices rising sixty cents a gallon in some areas of Texas since December.

AAA’s national average gas price is listed at $2.63 for a gallon of standard gasoline, increasing a full 25 cents per gallon since the day of Biden’s inauguration.
Biden ended the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, a pipe from Canada that would have allowed the flow of crude oil without a need for polluting trucks and freight trains.
Biden’s Department of Energy denied a request from the Electric Reliability Council of Texas to temporarily waive some environmental standards during the onset of the winter storm, preventing Texas’ oil infrastructure from producing enough fuel to keep the state’s homes heated and provided with electricity in the historic storm.
ERCOT and the Department of Energy failed Texas. NOT Cruz. #CruzFailedTexas

This development harms middle and working-class Americans the most, a constituency that Biden has pledged to secure economic relief for in a campaign promise he’s yet to deliver anything on. It’s likely that the price of gasoline will rise even more in the coming months, with Biden moving to enact green energy requirements even as working Americans are faced with unprecedented economic insecurity. The Democrat’s promises to Al Gore and the green energy lobby are more important than economic reality, it seems.
The vast majority of Americans don’t have the luxury of commuting to work on Amtrak rail everyday. Until Biden can actually deliver anything for the everyday American in terms of coronavirus relief, all he’s done is take money from their pocket during the coronavirus recession by ensuring an increase in gas prices.
It’s funny (or rather not funny) that I saw this article. I was noticing how much gas prices had escalated since the beginning of the year in the Metro-Atlanta area.
[[increasing a full 25 cents per gallon since the day of Biden’s inauguration. ]]
We are up 50 cents exactly since he stole the
Presidency
Yup. 😕 🐎🚴🚶💰
So in one month in his stolen position, gas has risen 50 cents . What will it be at end of next month?
It is only going to get worse. Elections have consequences,
for productive people, subject to the rule of the mob.
I predicted when he dubiously won that gas prices would be $4 a gallon within a year. And, that hyper-inflation would once again raise its ugly head. We shall see.
Miss Me Yet??? D.T.
Miss Me Yet??? D.T.
On the news here in Tampa Bay up .15 just this week.
You cancel a major pipeline that’s what you get.
Story after story on the MSM is blaming this on the bad weather. Problem is that the prices spiked before the bad weather.
It’s only going to get worse.
The Joebama administration is determined to strangle our energy industry.
Stolen elections have even worse consequences.
In a leftist city they said “Our aim is to get people out of their cars.”
When “road diet” worsened the daily 45 minute traffic jams to get past a 2.5 mile stretch as people got out of work, they refused to consider road widening. The only two major roads are jammed each day for hours. People can’t get into or out of stores, the cleaners, the optician’s building, or doctors and dentists, as cars won’t let them in or out of the gridlock.
They said “Instead of saying the city is wrong, you should be thinking why did I drive this car today instead of taking the bus? It’s my own fault today.”
Shut down new drilling, kill the pipelines, increase federal fuel tax, increased demand once COVID eases, throw in a Persian Gulf conflict and we’ll be looking at $5-6 gallon.
Do busses float above the streets?....................
I use the station near my place as a guide. Gas hit a low of $1.79/gal in December and this morning is at $2.59. It was under $2/gal for the last 6 months of 2020.
I knew this was coming but gas is not something I can stock up on. I have a feeling it will be over $3 by June.
Don’t forget throw in climate see change taxes. Fines, and regj.ations that I cr s are the price of everything massively, especially gasoline which they blame on climate change
It is generally expected that The Bidenpuppet will cut US oil and gas production to below energy independence levels in his effort to bring Russia and Arabia back to their accustomed positions of Power and thus to help neutralize Israel and end that dastardly Trump made alliance against Iran in the ME. Raising the price of energy will help to shut down more pesky small businesses and put the brakes on citizen mobility which is always a feared thing in a proper totalitarian government.
