The Russian Foreign Ministry has issued a statement lambasting the United States government under Joe Biden for the “ongoing persecution campaign” taking place “against anybody at all who does not agree with the results of the latest presidential election.” In the statement, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova delivered a scathing assessment of the human rights situation in the United States under President Joe Biden.
Zakharova described the ongoing crackdown against Trump loyalists in the United States:
“The FBI has reportedly opened more than 400 criminal cases and applied for more than 500 search warrants and subpoenas for suspects; it has also brought charges against and detained around 200 people. Only several dozen defendants have been released on bail or placed under house arrest. The others are being subjected to harsh pressure, with members of their family and social circle being coerced intogiving a ‘convenient’ testimony. Moreover, people who have not even been officially charged are losing their jobs; they are being banned from social media and publicly ostracised.”
She also questioned the “objectivity of the law enforcement agencies” involved in this campaign, noting that they were acting under orders and “in line with the narrative of the current administration who declared the events of January 6, 2021 a riot and everybody who was near the US Congress on that day all but plunderers.”
She went on to correctly note that far from being violent rioters, most of the attendees of the January 6 rally were peaceful protesters.
“In fact, the majority of those people were ordinary citizens concerned about the situation in their own country,” she said. “These were 74 million voters who voted for their president and defendedtheir views.”
She warned that the administration’s crackdown would not solve the widespread discontent towards Biden’s rule:
“Their protest will not just go away. You cannot just sweep discontent under the rug. Even the rhetoric that the United States allows itself to use with respect to Russia will not help distract public attention from the country’s own problems. They will have to be dealt with. US citizens deserve to be treated according to the law and in line with Washington’s international obligations.”Accordingly, she then called on the United States to respect the “basic human rights” of Trump supporters.
“In this context, we have every reason to express concern and demand that basic human rights be observed,” she added. “US officials are constantly and hypocritically taking care of these rights when it comes to other countries; and yet, they have no scruples in ignoring them at home.”
As the human rights situation continues to deteriorate in the United States, it is becoming apparent to the world that Trump supporters are a repressed group in Biden’s America.
I don’t care if it’s coming from the Russians. It’s not Propaganda if what she says is true. Prove me wrong.

Precisely what I was thinking.
Whether or not he's still a communist, or wants to return Russia to communism, Russia is tag-teamed with communist China, Iran, Venezuela, North Korea, other hard left regimes, against us.
As to their ultimate goal, the following is definitely something to consider, as it would wonderfully tie together so much of what has been going on.
Did Communism Fake Its Own Death in 1991?
American Thinker ^ | January 16, 2010 | Jason McNew
In a [] 1984 book [New Lies for Old], ex-KGB Major Anatoliy Golitsyn predicted the liberalization of the Soviet Bloc and claimed that it would be a strategic deception. ..."
"Golitsyn's argument was that beginning in about 1960, the Soviet Union embarked on a strategy of massive long-range strategic deception which would span several decades and result in the destruction of Western capitalism and the erection of a communist world government."
"Golitsyn published his second book, The Perestroika Deception, after the Soviet Union was dissolved in 1991. This book contained further analysis of the liberalization, in addition to previously classified memoranda submitted by Golitsyn to the CIA. The two books must be read together to get a complete picture of Golitsyn's thesis."

"Gentlemen, Comrades, do not be concerned about all you hear about glasnost and perestroika and democracy in the coming years.
These are primarily for outward consumption.
There will be no significant internal change within the Soviet Union, other than for cosmetic purposes.
Our purpose is to disarm the Americans and let them fall asleep".
-- Mikhial Gorbachev, former President of the Soviet Union, to the Politburo in November of 1987.

FAKK off.
I made them as easy as possible by highlighting in bold type the most important bits.
Trust me, you will come out a lot wiser than you are now.
I very clearly showed on this thread what Russia is really about, yet you continue to stand with them. You are either seriously demented or incomprehensibly stupid.
And what kind of language is that for a deeply religious person like yourself to use? "FAKK off."
Translation : The Biden Regime is just like the USSR.
I was referring to his (Putin's) boarder intent: to gain the trust of the uninformed and naive here in the US.

"the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the [20th] century" -Russian leader Vladimir Putin on the collapse of the Soviet Union...
"World democratic opinion has yet to realize the alarming implications of President Vladimir Putin's State of the Union speech on April 25, 2005, in which he said that the collapse of the Soviet Union represented the 'greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century.'..."
"The more I see and read about Mr. Putin, in power since 1999, and his 'managed democracy,' the more apprehensive I become about the future of Russia and the safety of its neighbors.
If Putin believes that the dissolution of the Soviet Union into 15 independent states represents the 'greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century,' then it follows that Putin might well believe he should do something to repair the loss..."

"The demise of the Soviet Union was the 'greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century'," Putin said in 2005.
I'm right here!!! And I made it without being frozen!!
But you're right. I don't believe it. It's like we entered the mirror mirror universe.
America spies on it's own citizens, censures media, holds fake elections, subverts the judicial system, prosecutes political opponents, applies laws unequally, promotes and spreads perversion thorought the world.
While Russia lectures the West on the evils of communism, ad promotes Christian values.
Who would ever believe this?
I’m glad that person said what she (I think) said what she said. Do I trust Russia...no. It’s just so wonky. The Blessed Virgin Mary has been warning about communism and Russia since about 1913, but nobody listens. You might find me a little wonky for believing in her apparitions, but I do and will not stop. Trusting Russia for me is a no. I see danger on the horizon.

Oops. A little too many “what she saids.”
I am well aware of the threat and have been for some time. I simply dislike people who post long screeds on a discussion thread and expect people to read all of it. If it’s that damn important, make it a separate post. And as to my “laziness” sir I invite you to bite me.

The stupid and/or naive would.
Russia playing political games with US internal politics and stirring up sh**
But then again, we have been doing the exact same thing to them for years now.
You don't have to read every damn word of it to get the point. I made it simple by highlighting in bold the most important bits.
With the reset biden has planned, maybe Russia will send missionaries to the US.
Your pedantry bores me.
Goodnight.

The Russians are masters at the art of deception and disinformation. They must laugh their butts off at how easily they can manipulate minds here. It's ridiculously easy.
