In Houston, a guy opened up from a second story balcony with an AK bc someone was stealing his rims at night.
No charges. Three dead.
The enraged leftist guy, who had moments earlier punched the home owner in the face as he was trying to stop him from stealing their sign, etc, was using the wheel barrow in a crazed attempt to break down their door. The lefty guy was an obviously very dangerous nut job.

Sounds like this thief was a self correcting error...if more of this happened more often there would be less thievery...

...not sure yet of what the circumstances were such that she shot in the direction of the car, hitting the woman who had gotten out. Was the lefty woman charging at her? Where was the lunatic lefty guy at the time? Hopefully more details will be coming out later today, if they aren’t already out.

She should have lived in Texas, where Criminal Mischief after the hours of darkness justifies Deadly Force. Deadly Force is also justified to stop or prevent a Felony from occurring.
Granted, the community and DA will determine outcome. Austin/Dallas/Houston you'll probably be charged in a lot of cases. My hometown the police might comment on your shot grouping and hurt your feelings.

If this is,in fact,*simply* a case where the homeowner shot the sign thief then that shooter went too far...*way* too far.But as we all know too well there may be more to the story.

It was the lefty guy driver who punched the homeowner.

According to court documents, the men both told deputies they got into a physical fight. The homeowner said he was chased back to the house, but the driver said he punched the homeowner through the open window of their truck.
Cohee was with the driver and got out of the car. Clark said the homeowner’s wife came out with a gun.

We already know there's more to it than that. The homeowner was punched in the face, and the two lefty nut job idiots tried to break their door down.
Yes,I didn’t see that at the top of this thread. If there was a wheelbarrow involved and that wheelbarrow was used in an effort to break down their door then,IMO,it stops being “murder” and,perhaps,becomes “unauthorized discharge of a firearm”.
There problem was trying to live a normal life in crazy country. A neighbor who moved here in Texas told me he moved from Oregon because they have become bat-shit crazy. He said you were not safe anywhere on the West Coast. If you lived inland, they came out of the cities after you. He moved out of a place outside of Portland. I saw him a few weeks ago and he said I told you what was going to happen a couple of years ago.
The act of attempting to break their door down in the midst of the physically violence that had already taken place (lefty driver punching homeowner in face), was an act that obviously presented a very serious threat of danger to the homeowners.
