There have been mystics in every religion and culture, since the most ancient times, who have understood the possibility of ‘transcending space and time’. They’ve written a lot about it, too.
Why do we need the CIA to be involved in this?
(It tends not to work very well when you subordinate it to purely worldly concerns anyway, which is why it has never given itself very well to the Great God Science. The people who have natural ‘talent’ in the area aren’t much interested in ‘The World’.)
