The pledge reads: "As a key member of Task Force One Navy I will invest the time, attention and empathy required to analyze and evaluate Navywide issues related to racism, sexism, ableism and other structural and interpersonal biases.
"I pledge to be actively inclusive in the public and private spheres where I live and work, and proactively encourage others to do the same.
"I pledge to advocate for and acknowledge all lived experiences and intersectional identities of every Sailor in the Navy.
They also state that "In our Navy, like society, I&D [inclusion and diversity] must never become an afterthought."

No one staying in and taking knowledge, training and experience with them.
Folks doing their initial enlistment, not reenlisting, claiming an incredible amount of injuries and problems to the VA and collecting a disability check for the rest of their lives even though there’s not a thing wrong with them.
Recruitment will drop to unimaginable levels

Every single jellyfish from top to bottom who had anything to do with this ‘pledge’ (except condemnation on the record) should be reduced in rank, fined 6 months pay, and serve 6 months in the brig, followed by discharge as Unfit for Military Service. No exceptions.
Stupidity of this magnitude is exactly what causes the best, brightest, and bravest sailors to leave the Navy rather than tolerate ass kissing cowards and groveling bootlickers in leadership positions.
This is brainwashing, indoctrination, and using the military for domestic political purposes.
It must be exposed and stopped.
