Cant charge cops for a fentyal overdose. Floyd was screaming he couldn’t breath when he was sitting up in the back of the petrol car, and if you look at the neck video, he knee isnt pressing down on Floyds neck. The autopsy verifys thst. Time to start jailing these prosecutors on prosecutorial misconduct in coming up with false charges. Doing the same to Kyle Rittenhouse with video proof exhonerating him. 10 years for each one levied.

I thought the original charge was 3rd degree then bumped to 2nd degree by Ellison.

If you watch the entire video he was saying “I can’t Breathe” even before they tried to put him in the car or on the ground.

The medical exam proved an overdose of drugs in his system.

He swallowed them when he saw that they were approaching him, and that’s what he died from.

the foaming at the mouth was from pulmonary edema which is the result of an opioid overdose.

the knee on the neck was a department approved procedure for restraining a suspect.

“I thought the original charge was 3rd degree then bumped to 2nd degree by Ellison.”

You may be right. It seems like a long time ago when we were first told this was the biggest story ever.

The narratives are starting to run together.

It does seem the politicians are casting about to find something a jury might give them to save face.

1. They didn’t follow the prescribed procedure. When Floyd stopped resisting, they were supposed to take the knee off the neck. They didn’t.
2. They didn’t know Floyd was on drugs during the arrest.

Not going to happen...

In today’s political climate and the rule of law thrown down the crapper, it’s very possible......just like in Atlanta and the Rittenhouse kid....

Prosecutors want all 4 cops to be charged with third-degree murder in George Floyd death

Then go ahead and charge them you Commie Shill Persecutors.

At this point, any act that will cause as much damage as possible to the Kangaroo Marxist American JustUs System is a good thing.

Didn’t link to source but if The NY Post didn’t lay out the facts behind his arrest and cause of death and do a hit piece on those cops when doing this. It’s propaganda bs

Waste of time. No jury will convict. He died from an over dose of fentanyl. Toxic levels in his system and fentanyl suppresses breathing. “I can’t breath”, long before he was taken to the ground.

FTA:

In the motion filed Thursday, Ellison argued that the state’s Court of Appeals recently upheld a third-degree murder charge against former officer Mohamed Noor over the shooting death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond.

That case included, “situations in which the defendant’s actions … were not specifically directed at that particular person whose death occurred,” he wrote.

Come on, Ellison, Noor deliberately drew his weapon and discharged it in the cruiser, shooting across his partner, and aiming it at Damond. If he didn't specifically intend to kill her, he definitely did intend to use lethal force on her and, that's what killed her.

In the present case there's neither any evidence of intentional use of lethal force nor any evidence that Floyd's death was even partially caused by the force that was applied. Rather, the autopsy shows he died because he intentionally overdosed himself with a lethal drug cocktail, including fentanyl, a nearly sure killer by itself.

In the meantime, the video showing two dealers approaching the Floyd vehicle and transacting what appeared to be a drug deal, is pigeon-holed and forgotten.

In the Rodney King trial, the video (Kodak Moment) was shown by the defense many, many times to show different moments as defense witnesses explained the correctness in procedure. After all of the showings, the jurors were numb and not concerned with graphics and found them all not guilty. Then came the federal trial....

The store owners where Floyd went in to buy cigarettes were muslim. He was so obviously “high” on something, that they called the cops. The one muslim employee thought he was drunk and said he couldn’t imagine that someone so drunk should be driving a car. This is ON TOP OF the fake $20.00 bill Floyd tried to pass off as legitimate.

The cops can’t sue the prosecutors, but they can sue the city.

However, they can sue the Prosecutors if they signed the affidavit for charges.

The city is going to be making huge payouts to the cops.

The prosecutors in the Rodney state case overcharged the cops. There was no way the cops were going to be convicted, but maybe that was the plan.

As for the Federal case, did anyone else notice how much better Rodney King’s face looked during the trial. It is my contention that there was no way for the prosecutors to prove how much force was used on Rodney King in subduing him. There was no evidence of any long term damage to his body or brain.
