OMG.
So the natural increased growth of trees caused by naturally warming temperatures and the natural release of CO2 that results from naturally warming temperatures caused SARS-CoV-2 to emerge?
This had NOTHING to do with the practice of eating bats? NOTHING to do with animal husbandry methods that put humans in close contact with domestic animals that also interact with wildlife? NOTHING to do with compressing a large human population into a relatively small area, forcing humans and wildlife to occupy the same land and creating conditions that favor rapid spread of contagious diseases?
The pandemic was not a result of any of the very tangible factors above, but of some amorphous and undefinable “climate change”? Seriously?

Incidentally, I notice much use of the word "disgust" online. Conservatives are "disgusted" by the actions of Democrats. They and their deeds are "disgusting." But disgust is passive. When we feel disgust, we try to avoid the cause of it; we merely turn away. Better that we feel "outrage."
