Not Roy Moore. He lost to a Democrat. That’s proof enough for me. I’d vote for Jeff Sessions. He was an amazing senator! Loved him on immigration. No Brooks would be good! 😃
Why do we NEVER hear of Democrats just walking away?
86...
Seriously.
86...
Ping to the state list.
I expected this. He is also deep state so it is no great loss. Who do we have who is a real conservative to run? Is Mo Brooks available? Is he a real conservative or has he been infected with Potomac Fever?
Yep. With over 40 years in DC and 82 years old it is time for his watch to be over.
The Republicans who voted with all Democrats against a point of order to halt the expansion of work visas until employment reaches pre-Covid-19 levels were:
Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska
Sen. Dan Sullivan of Alaska
Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky
Sen. Susan Collins of Maine
Sen. Deb Fischer of Nebraska
Sen. Ben Sasse of Nebraska
Sen. Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania
Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina
Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina
Sen. John Thune of South Dakota
Mo Brooks all the way! At least he backed President Trump.
Alabama is safe as long as they don’t do something insanely stupid. again.
Repeal the 17th amendment.
“U.S. Sen. Richard C. Shelby of Alabama”
Another piece of dead wood. Thirty-six years in the House of Lords and not a memorable thing has he done for the Republic.
Another chance to pick up a seat from the Establishment.
So many people have forgotten that years ago Shelby was the deciding vote that killed tort reform. He also led the opposition to Roy Moore who, even though he’s a nut, would have been a darn sight better than Doug Jones. Good riddance.
Good possibilities include Mo Brooks, Robert Aderholt and Bradley Byrne. The current Lt. Gov is also a possibility (forget his name though). I expect Byrne or the Lt. Gov. to end up as Gov. when Meemaw Ivey retires.
About time!
Sure wish you were still here to chime in...
Here comes Jeff
Shelby is a complete POS. Good riddance!
bauer. DUH. He is a tad senile.
