Microsoft has announced that it will suspend all donations for the upcoming 2022 election cycle for any members of Congress, state officials, and organizations that voted to object to the certification of electors in the 2020 election or supported attempting to overturn the election.

Good question. Races are contested all the time. Look at Bush vs. Gore. Al Gore had every right to challenge the results but he lost. Nowadays it seems everyone is scared to death, even large corporations.
If you saw Mike Lindell’s video Michigan legislators were threatened with prosecution if they didn’t uphold the election “results”.
