Fascisms= control via regulation versus control via ownership, i.e. communism.

Bammy put thousands of regs on the books. Trump took them out (and our economy soared) and he’s the Fascist????

I understand. But your comments about them not having choices regarding decimating private information to the corrupt government institutions like the FBI, made it sound as if these companies are innocent. Hence my comments.

Banks are some of the worst companies anywhere. And why I said they’re all about profits regardless of consequences. They don’t give 2 s**ts about America, patriotism, or anything else.

For around ten months last year, our cities were under attack
around the nation. Tens if not 100s of billions of dollars
worth of damage was done.

People’s sweat equity went up in smoke, as people rioted,
looted, and burned places down.

We looked on as absolutely nothing was done about it.

Our current Vice President assisted in getting prisoners
released from custody, to go back out and riot some more.

Many of us couldn’t grasp why the government agencies didn’t
prevent this. It went on for months and months and months.

At least one area of the nation was declared to be an
autonomous zone.

People were shot and killed. Others were beaten to death.

In cities around the nation, our citizens had to be very
careful not to get caught in a situation where their or
their loved ones lives would be in jeopardy.

Imagine that for a minute. Tens of thousands of these
people across the nation were acting out anarchist traits.

If you were in a restaurant, you could be expected to be
accosted by a Communist / Third Reich politically correct
mob.

This was 1930s Germany all over again. It was 1917 Russia
all over again.

And what did our government do about it? Nothing.

Now the government has finally taken action. They have
found a purpose they can identify with. Is it identifying and
going after the perpetrators of months of violence?

No, it was the Conservative movement in our nation. Some
folks had made the outlandish claim that our elected
officials should abide by the U. S. Constitution. Why
that was pure evil. The nation was at risk.

Our military was called in. Even it is now under
investigation. Boy, you better not be on record saying
our leaders need to conform to the Constitution.

If you trash the nation, go out on the streets and injure
and kill police officers, why you’re good. Loot buildings
if you need to. Kill owners if they stop you. Beat them
up if they don’t scream “Black Lives Matter” on cue.

We learned that people off the street were entitled to
your restaurants drinks and food. We learned that they
could demand you to humiliate yourself in public, with
loved ones watching on

This wasn’t terrorism though.

No, if you actually had the gall to write on a forum that
you thought a certain political figure had broken the law,
why that WAS terrorism. It was illegal for you to say
such things.

Your thoughts are terrorism. You don’t have to commit
a physical crime. In fact, it’s best if you don’t, if
you want to be thought of as a terrorist.

Don’t kill people. Just write a sentence.

All those special skills we thought the officials had
up their sleeves, well,... we were right.

They use special identification routines. They tap our
banking information. I’m pretty sure they go after our
eMails and forum participation looking to run up a big
list of terroristic things we have done.

Why you ask? Here’s why, at least in part.

They don’t like the truth to be hanging out there like
ducks in a butcher shop.

You see, the Leftist “brown shirt” wanna bees are acting
like NAZIs on our cities streets. They can’t have that
happen in a vacuum. They need to declare the sane folks
the terrorists. “You see, you guys are the real terrorists.”

Don’t you dare think those anarchists were terrorists.

Why those were mostly peaceful people.

Now what you did that is the work of a massive body of
domestic terrorists.

Don’t you dare object. Don’t open your mouth. Don’t
point out that anything is illegal, because under the
terrorist laws on the books today, what the overlords
say is the law of the land. Don’t disagree, unless
your favor being lined up in front of a ditch.

You have no rights. You’re a terrorist. They said so.

Our banking institutions are now helping them.

You, you have no help. As a terrorist, you deserve no
help. You are a terrorist. They said so.

Meanwhile, those who committed terrorist acts all last year,
those who participated in running a coup all last four
years, well those folks are the nations soul, its backbone.

Aren’t you ashamed of yourselves.

They think you ought to be.

And they’re right, because they said so. Only a terrorist
would dare to object.

In a communist country, like ours, the ruling elite have unlimited access to every financial transaction that occurs and every hit of data the system holds...

Not just BOA...
Every bank, credit union, investment company, and all businesses that deal with the serfs have and will continue to analyze, report, and help feret out any person who the state arbitrarily considers a threat...

Get over it... The nation either voted for these communists or stood by and watched the communist takeover occur...

It is permanent...
If you want hints on how best to survive under these communists despots, read/study the history of the Soviet Union where it took an “outside” influence to finally break its hold on the serfs...

Our best hope is Apophis...

It will take an army of starving people with nothing left to lose to fight—that is just the way of the world.

I think (fear) you’re right, but I also think the leftists know this, which is why they are moving at light speed to eliminate our ability to communicate and organize, while simultaneously racing to register and confiscate weapons and turn the military into nothing less than enforcers of their oppression.

Shortly after January 6, I saw a story where one of the big name dims said that they would go to the banks, the airlines and the hotels to get names. He said that they would look at airline reservations to see who booked flights out of DC in the days immediately following 1/6.

So yes, I am sure all of those businesses were forced.

But think about it...they actually don’t need to go to anyone other than those that issue credit cards because it is almost impossible to deal with airlines or hotels without a credit card.

I suspect a lot of people will travel by car to the next rally, pay for gas with cash and gamble on getting a place to stay with cash and no reservation.

Not that I am going. I am too old and spent too many years on the road. My motto is I go nowhere I can’t get home for supper.

BOA? Anybody who banks with them is a darned fool. Worthless bank; influence peddlers for social reform.

I once banked with Nations, great bank with great service, but when it became BOA I closed all my accounts one day when a latino teller quipped, “I wish that was my account.” I immediately said, “Call your supervisor this instant.” and then loudly declared to her to make out cashier’s checks for the account balances because this bank can’t be trusted. She protested about outstanding checks and I said that is my problem and I’ll take care of it. My business is no longer your concern. That raised a small ruckus in the lobby, I got my checks and left.

BOA, pfft. There are plenty of other banks to pick from.

On a side note, I could charge a piece of gum and they'd know in 15 seconds if I was overdrawn 10 cents. I get that. Yet our elections, which are supposed to be a sacred privilege, have become a manipulated con-job free for all, where anything goes. ID? The leftist say we don't need any stinking ID to vote...What a contrast.

Liberals are using anti-terrorism laws against conservatives - and that includes requiring financial institutions to report suspicious activity.

As a former prosecutor, in the old days (last year and beyond) banks would not turn over any information to law enforcement, or even reveal that a particular person banked at their bank, without a court order or a search warrant. I’ve been down that road many many times. What BOA is doing is illegal as can be and I hope folks who were effected sue the crap out of them. One has an absolute “expectation of privacy” in their banking records and pursuant to the 4th Amendment, government cannot seize that information without a warrant. But then, the constitution mean something back in the old days (last year and beyond).

The bank reporting requirements I think started with Bush and the Patriot Act after 9/11. All banks and credit unions for all transactions over $600 (online transactions, especially)
