Democratic state lawmakers announced new bills Wednesday that would prohibit Confederate monuments across Georgia and put Stone Mountain Park — and its massive carving honoring rebel leaders — directly in the crosshairs.

"Democratic state lawmakers....."...the enemy within; America has more pressing issues than removing the history of a war that was fought to keep the Union together, not over the color of skin as rewritten history of the last few years tells us. You would think America's one crowning achievement was producing slavery.

Yes I actually like Nikki very much, so much I named a cat after her but I don’t agree with removing the Confederate monuments like this. There has to be a better way.
