3 dead in murder-suicide over snow removal dispute, prosecutors say

Prosecutors said a man in Pennsylvania shot and killed a couple in a murder-suicide over a snow removal dispute on Monday, the same day a major winter storm dumped more than 30 inches of snow in parts of the Northeast.

Jeffrey Spaide fatally shot his neighbors, James Goy and his wife, Lisa Goy, before killing himself on Monday morning when officers were called to West Bergh Street in Plains Township, about 15 miles southwest of Scranton, according to the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office.

Making threating gestures to an armed individual might just be considered a stupid thing to do.

Yes, gotta know your limitations and when to back off. When I was young, an intoxicated black couple ran into my car while they were trying to park. My girlfriend and I were in our parked car talking at the time. I jumped out and grabbed the black guy by the collar, and started yelling at him about hitting my car. Meanwhile his woman ran into the residence, and came back out yelling at me to let him go. The black woman had two hands on a revolver pointed at my face and her hands were shaking. I said "Okay, it's over, I'm leaving.", I let go of the guy and got back in my car and left, and she led her guy into their residence. I saw her a few days later outside, and she said "Hello.". I returned the hello with a smile. A totally defused situation (my car was undamaged).

"Forensic" from forensis (From Latin forēnsis, 'public'), as applied in the investigation and establishment of facts or evidence in a court of law.

Now.

If the murderer was a f@g that is sure to come out in the invest, as the Goys have a 15-year-old autistic child; it would seem certain the grandparents caring for him should sue the Spaide estate.

The video shows that the Goys shoveled snow from their parking spots, pushed it across the street and threw it onto Spaide’s property.

Seems as if that might had been a mistake, but what do I know?

Exactly, BUT he may have come outside with a gun before and not used it. I don’t know if the audio was in sync with the video, but the murderer came out in a shooting stance and fired off 3-4 rounds and the couple didn’t even move.
