Trump may be making a mistake by declaring himself NOT to be the president.

I would argue that he is in fact the President. He won a majority of votes on election day, and as (see tagline) a legitimate President in exile, he deserves to have his case heard before the Chief Justice.

It’s too late. Nothing can change the fact that Biden is the 46th President. There is nothing in the books that can overturn Biden’s swearing in. It’s over for Trump’s Administration. As much as I would love to see something happen to reverse that it can’t be undone at this point.

He isn’t. Get that through your head.

He isn’t the President. Constitutionally, his term ended on January 20 at noon. He wasn’t re-sworn in. As such, there is no legal President since the usurper attained his position by fraud. If the military is acting in the background somehow as is alleged, then there is still no President. Constitutional crisis caused by nefarious Dems and spineless corrupt Republicans.

"he deserves to have his case heard before the Chief Justice."

This part is absolutely true. Supreme Court Chief Justice Morrison Waite did indeed tribune Sec'y of War Belknap's extra-constitutional Senate trial, and so Chief Justice John Quisling Roberts is evermore the coward when faced with American history.

I got no issue. He is not presently the President, because the electors impaneled ruled that Biden is the President, and the electors were certified by Congress.

The fact that Congress is made up of corrupt POS liars is not the electors’ faults. They fulfilled their oath.

The election was stolen, but the Commander in Thief got away with it.

Trump may be making a mistake by declaring himself NOT to be the president.

It would be treason for him to declare himself President. Biden was sworn in as President. The only group that could reverse this is the military in the same way they did the Burma election. Even then unless there was overwhelming proof of true fraud (yeah I know there is) there still really isn’t a way for the military to reinstate him as President that I know of. So the only remedy would be to have the milatary take over and have a ballot, in person election with ID. However, if Trump did win it, he can run again in another 4 years - a total of a 12 year Presidency since it wasn’t consecutive terms. Mass Dem suicide then occurs.

Trump is president.

The usurpers claim otherwise.

By going forward they would be acknowledging Trump is president.

He does, but... Biden was sworn in.

Wrongly, but sworn in and now holds the Office until and IF Trump can find a legal remedy for this travesty of an election.

Regardless of the true, unaltered vote, the communists in congress certified the tainted ballots of the election and ChiCom Joe Buyden was sworn in as president.

Did the Electoral College vote to elect Biden or Trump? The Electoral College elects the President. That’s it. Trump’s term expired at noon on January 20th and the term of his successor began as the Constitution mandates.

Trump did not declare himself not the president.

See the quote marks around the word.

There is no reason for this case to be heard at all.

It needs to be thrown out

Evidenced by Chief Justice refusal to preside.

If it isn't, Trumps lawyers need to play video and show in text the multiple proofs that Maxine Waters Kamala Harris Schumer Pelosi are guilty of all that he is accused of

And also the court documents showing that he wasn't responsible for the Jan 6 riot

Also it needs to be pointed out that Pelosi was warned by the FBI ahead of time that antifa terrorists were planning the attack and actually started it as well as encouraged others to take part, as shown by videos and flyers from weeks before the pre planned attacks

Video available of antifa member planting pipe bombs at the side of the building

FBI and Pelosi (who the capitol police answer to and take instructions from when warranted ) are responsible for the attack as they did not provide security they knew would be needed.

Trump may be making a mistake by declaring himself NOT to be the president.

Then how can he call this impeachment unconstitutional?
