I know I complain about the media a lot but I don’t offer any solutions. So here are the main sources of media that I follow. I'm also interested in what you guys read/watch...
(Excerpt) Read more at m.youtube.com ...
1 Mainstream Media
2 Politicians
3 Curiosity
4 Racism
5 Fear
6 Lack of Purpose/Meaning
And about a dozen other topics. Overall, a good video.
Spoiler alert - after traveling to 85 countries, Peter believes America is the “least Racist” country in the world
RE: What I Dislike About USA After 6 Years Living Abroad (YouTube video)
If Peter believes that these things he dislikes about the USA are game changers in regards to livability, I suggest he makes it permanent and choose a better country to be his domicile.
It’s a free country and you’re free to leave anytime.
After living abroad for over 25 years and then returning to the US i have found the US to be a much meaner, less honest place than when I left.
I miss what is gone and find it hard to fit in.
I believe he lives permanently in Ukraine, he’s just back for a few months; and decided to comment about it ...
A lot of us feel that way, and we never left.
“After 6 Years Living Abroad”
Got tired of living as a broad? Welcome back to life as a dude.
That is highly interesting. You should be lecturing to our self-righteous liberals who not only hate this country, but hate it more the further back in time we go.
Tell them their getting their way with commie liberalism, has NOT made this country better.
You should watch the video.
This guy is just reporting on what he is observing having been gone from the U.S. for some time. He talks about the downturn in the quality of life, the media, the politics and many of the subjects that we discuss here on good old FR. As far as I can see he is pretty much spot on. He is not a U.S. hater. He could be a Freeper.
The most true thing I will read in a very long time.

I’ll bookmark and watch it.
On the surface, one and two I agree with 100%.
Three...I believe that is individual not cultural.
Four: Yes, there is racism here, there is racism everywhere, but the overwhelming majority of racism in this country is black against white, IMO.
Five: Fear. I am starting my own thread on this in the near future. This is perhaps one of the most corrosive and destructive things to our national well being, and it is personal fear of risk, not cultural fear of war, other countries, etc. It is fear that people have for their own safety, and the idiotic national response to this virus has driven me to avoid going out of my house because I cannot stand seeing the abject, pathetic stupidity and cowardliness of Americans. It disgusts me.
Six: Lack of Purpose/Meaning. I watched a Dr. Jordan Peterson video recently, where he said: Meaning is the antidote for suffering, and meaning can be found in responsibility, which we have culturally tried to avoid. I see a lot of truth in that.
After living in the UK for 8 years in the 90’s...I was alarmed when I moved back to see an unnerving trend as there. Absolutely Godless. And the British media, public HATED the US.
I warned my friends and family.
Here we are.
We DO NOT hold a “special relationship” with them. Never have...never will.

It’s not the America we grew up in anymore. It’s “Race Über Alles” now.
Wonderful! Refreshing thoughtful perspective while seeing the empty streets of San Francisco. Thanks!
“We DO NOT hold a “special relationship” with them. Never have...never will.”
IMO, we had a special relationship with the Brits, but it died with the fall of the Thatcher government.
America is a dying country. Problem is, too many somehow think it’s salvageable in its present form.
Regarding #3 (Curiosity), did he not like our 'lack of curiosity', or that we (Google, the FBI, various HOAs, Karens of the world unite, etc) have too much curiosity (i.e., getting into everyone's bizness)?
Fishing for YouTube views?
“For the second time in my adult life, I am really proud of this country, because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback!” So sayeth ‘Mike’ Obama.
I would agree that American culture is poison, but I have no interest in it, and am able largely to insulate myself from it. Going somewhere else isn’t really an option for me.
