Whether she knows it or not she is a Jamaican “citizen by descent” under the 2nd section of the Jamaican constitution.

Shall be considered a citizen by birth because:

By your analysis, I am a citizen of descent of Germany because grandpa was a German citizen, despite a rather serious disagreement with my grandparents in 1938.

(For the record, I am accidentally a US citizen, despite being born in, and serving in the military of, and being a citizen of, Israel, because both of my parents were US citizens and I moved here briefly as a kid.)

She may be a native born anchor baby , but she not Natural born since neither parent was an American Citzen.

And yes, according to the laws of Jamaica she is Jamaican and YES we most certainly have a right to consider her citizenship status as well as the status of her Parents in determining whether she should be running for President.
