Let’s assume for the sake of argument that Rudy Giuliani gets to do a full discovery of all Dominion voting machines. Who here thinks for a single second that those machines and I mean every single one of them haven’t all been WIPED clean by now? That means Discovery means exactly zilch.
I am serious. Outside of Antrim County, there were no flipped votes. Can you point me to an article on how votes were electronically flipped in GA AND the ballot recount matched the electronic totals within a percent?

It is interesting to think many people believe the software (Dominion) that rested on the machines are what switched the votes. Yet reports are out there that Dominion machines were connected to the internet. I firmly believe the individual machines do not need to be wiped because the counting software that did the switching was not on the individual machines themselves. This would protect Dominion in a case like what is occurring and since no fraud was found on the individual machines themselves, as was alleged, Dominion is then off the hook. I also think that people think Dominion is caught red handed but there is more to it. Knowing that the individual machines do not hold the alleged algorithm that did the switching will solidify Dominion’s role in the election as not being a fraudster. This is sleight of hand in the corporate world. While the powers that be look at the individual machines, the real software that switched the votes is held elsewhere. And before you criticize this argument think about how websites are redirected and URLs are faked.

I find it more plausible votes were inserted. Claims of “pristine” ballots (still no photographic evidence?) and ballots marked 99:1 Biden:Trump, and good old Ruby Freeman ushering people out.
If I wanted to find vote fraud, I’d start with Ruby. But FBI has done nothing AFAIK.
I don't dispute the small numbers in many cases. Nor do I allege "illegal" votes. These are irregularities, among many, that need to be investigated. Some of it is, and some of it isn't.
The recount was a sham. Observers were blocked from viewing the recounts. There's no way the numbers could have matched, so they simply matched them. It doesn't mean votes were electronically flipped, it just means the recount proves nothing.

Really? It seems that very thing was proven in Altrum County, MI. GA’s ‘audit’ leaves much to be desired in its scope and process.
Moreover, Dominion’s adjudication process for ballots cast is fraudulent on it’s face, as it wipes clean the audit trail of the original ballot cast and replaces it with whatever the poll worker selected.
Rudy and Sydney do not appear worried, so perhaps you should calm down.
As for venue, I don’t know that the DC circuit is where this will end up either, the fraud is not alleged there.

Imagine being Dominion and trying to guess which ones of the thousands of machines that might get chosen to be looked at so that you could change the hardware in them.
Would/could Dominion change the hardware in all of their machines?
Chain of custody. Those machines are State property now, not Dominion property.

On that we agree there is a problem. As to photographic evidence, they had it in GA, 30+ hours of video surveillance in State farm Arena. Hauling in boxes of ballets in the middle of the night and running them through machines 3 to 5 times each by the thousands. What was done about it? NOTHING (spit)
Here is a little known fact, all Dominion machines can connect to the internet per the machine’s manual. Any attempt to locate this manual right now is being blocked, btw.
