I’m not a lawyer, but doesn’t a judge have some say in the matter? You get Discovery if the judge wants you to have Discovery? ‘Cause I’m thinking the Discovery may be pretty darn limited.
They’ll drag it out and drop it before it gets to that stage, unfortunately. Time is on the side of the usurper. In the meantime, any states with Dominion anything should be required to replace them.
I remember years ago the legt was complaining about Diebold machines. Now ... crickets. If Diebold is still in the business, they might be worth a look. They always count out my $20s perfectly at the ATM.
In a million years no DC judge will enforce a discovery request for anything incriminating. Source code? No way. Rudy claimed ballots were flipped. The GA recount showed no such thing. Rudy and Sydney are going to lose.
I imagine they thought of that of that possibility.
No one is going to see actual, unwiped machines from Nov. 3 2020. The machines, or the data, will have disappeared. It will drag out in court for years, to the point it won’t matter, except to generate huge legal charges. I suspect also Dominion’s action against Giuliani is all about generating headlines.
That won’t happen, mark my words. Fantasy land thinking!
The GA recount was a farce. It doesn't votes were flipped, but it does mean that the recount results are not evidence of correct machine counts. There are affifavits of the suitcase ballots being fed into the counter three times. If the recount didn't catch that, then it didn't happen (the affiant was lying) or the recount was useless. The latter seems much more likely since the observers were thwarted but still observed faulty counting.
Does anybody believe there is a single machine not already wiped? Or perhaps only the machines that were actively used in cheating have been wiped yet the ones that were not used in cheating are unwiped. There was too much invested in this to obvious mistakes like having every single machine corrupted. Though even if they did and even if all are already wiped long ago, they will simply shrug with their self satisfied grins and exclaim no evidence, and the worlds media run by the bezos and zuckencucks will have their parrots repeatedly shout no evidence to the world in the case of all machines wiped
The machines have all been cleansed, rest assured. Dominion wouldn’t have filed the lawsuit without having first wiped them clean of evidence. Like, with a towel.

They changed the code by now, but there is supposed to be a trail for code revisions.
In michigan an it expert was given court ordered access to a number of machines. He claims he knows the truth.... Then this information just disappeared.... Hmmmmmm
After being ordered to turn the ballots over to expert Jovan Pulitzer - GA shredded the evidence. WHY?
Someone shot 5 bullets into a team member’s daughter’s bedroom. Lawyers were threatened.
This was a stolen election - they destroyed evidence and threatened anyone who would expose them.
I knew Rudy was smart, but I didn't know he owns the "Discovery" Channel, this will be interesting.
It will be interesting to see who folds first.
And remember- If they delete the data then it’s call SPOLIATION
That means that the court can assume the machines held data that would have been detrimental to their case.
It’s actually worse in some cases than actual evidence because you can presume the worst.

I think you’re right about that. If this case ends up before some liberal judge, Rudy might be given a snapshot of the outside of a Dominion machine. But that’s about it. Dominion has a right to protect its intellectual property, don’t cha know?
