A 26-year-old man had just gotten off a bus from Atlanta when he was attacked by a group of about a dozen suspects who beat him, cut him several times and stole his clothes, including his underwear, cops said Sunday.
The group of males and females began assaulting the victim around 11:30 a.m. Friday near Canal and Allen streets in Manhattan, cutting him with an unknown object, police said.
Police released video of the suspects and are seeking witnesses. The attackers took the man’s cellphone and removed his pants, underwear and shoes.

They weren’t teenagers. Several of the males appeared to be full adults, add they were joined by two large adult women and a child of about 11. They left in two cars and a van, so they’d obviously been cruising around looking for a victim.
In the victim’s case, he clearly was not going to have much money on him and they just did it out of spite. And if they get arrested today, they’ll be out in an hour.
I bet he accidentally flashed some cash on the bus from Atlanta, triggering a criminal gang to be alerted. Always act slightly poor in public, but not too poor.

Meanwhile, post vans along way with coppers inside armed with 12 gauges with 00 buck. When they attack someone, clear the street of the attackers.

They used to have the “assassination squad” for robbers of liquor stores in Harlem on Friday nights. May not have cut down on the crimes, but the revidicism was nil.

While joking about this it brought back a bad memory. My great uncle, Silver Star Vet from action around Bastogne was killed in a mugging near the bus station in that damn city over a few trinkets. They never caught the BLM bastards.
Of course, it was the usual species chimping out on the guy.
