An Arkansas man has been arrested and charged Thursday in connection with an attack on a police officer during the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.
Peter Francis Stager has been charged with obstructing, impeding, or interfering with a law enforcement officer after hitting a uniformed Metropolitan Police officer guarding the entrance to the Capitol with a flagpole during last week's siege, according to a criminal complaint.

While leftist State’s AG or local DA’s may have dropped charged against the Antifa/BLM rioters, the US Govt, under the Dept. of Homeland Security, etc., has been identifying, arresting, and prosecuting them when they commit crimes against US property, agents, and federal laws such as crossings state lines to foment a riot/violence or other criminal conspiracy acats..
US DOJ or DHS offices post such information on the internet and many are reposted here at FR. There are more to come because the Soros Marxist shits (DAs and CAs) can’t interfere in a federal crime arrest process. Really pissed the Leftists off.

Sure, hundreds were arrested. Booked and released, charges immediately dropped. And that was only the ones on the spot caught. They were driven to a processing center and walked right out the back door.

Difficult to know who’s who until they’ve all been thoroughly investigated. Many that have been have been outed as Antifa but by virtue of evidence that’s been there for months.

Regardless of allegiance, everybody attacking law enforcement should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, without fear or favor. Lady Justice wears a blindfold for a very good reason.
On our side, we want patriots who are standing up for the Constitution and who are acting peacefully & proportionally to be treated sympathetically, leniently, with respect.
On the other side, there are plenty of angry people who also think that they are upholding “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness” and aren’t selling a revolution.
The protester who saved the life of an America First protester by putting his own life in harm’s way might have been in a BLM crowd, but that doesn’t make him automatically complicit in every violent action taken by Antifa on the day. If he was peddling hate he had a funny way of showing it.
There should be a unity of purpose between people like him, and Christians, Conservatives, pro-lifers, etc. who aren’t motivated by hate.
On both sides, there are thousands of people who go along to what they hope will be a peaceful, lawful protest in order to debate an issue of freedom. There will be other actors- from neo-nazi groups to Antifa false flag operators - who who are intending to commit crimes of violence.
The police must pursue the violent, unlawful criminal actors on both sides, and avoid getting involved in policing thoughtcrime on either side.
Anyone assaulting a cop should be arrested.
