I don’t get any vaccines either. Haven’t had the flu since 1977. Come to think of it, that year was the one and only time I got the flu vaccine. Had a bad cold in 2009. Other than that, I rarely get sick. I’m soon to be 66 so I realize I’m pressing my luck, but I’ll take my chances thanks! :-)

He is a healthy guy but hearing stuff like this makes me worried, he works in construction so he’s basically essential, he’s getting his 2nd dose now just hoping he will be fine. Many years ago my aunt had the flu vaccine(The stronger one) she went home and collapsed, she never got that more powerful dosage again she cant handle it

All nonsense really. Just kind of a mishmash of various anti-vaxxer talking points from the past 3 decades. Most of them aren't even claimed anymore. But let's just get real here about what the real impact is of vaccines:

If you think getting polio and smallpox and whooping cough are safer than the vaccines, then hey, by all means. Oh wait, you can't get those anymore, because of vaccines.

I’m 18 years older than you, and in perfect health. Eat right, maintain high-school weight of 119, exercise, take 8 nutritional supplements a day and have for the last 40 years. Our IDIOT governor closed the gyms, so hard to get enough exercise, but I bought weights and am launching a weight-lifting program to mimic what I did in the gym. My doc says I’ll live to be 100. I add a parenthetical (at least).

Stay strong, my FRiend. If you want a list of supplements that boost immunity, I’ll send them.

Thank you Veto! I have never been as small as you - even when I was 15. I am jealous! LOL!

Unfortunately, I’m not in as good physical shape as you are. Way too much weight (don’t ask!), etc. However, I still work, climb ladders, lift boxes...as part of my job as a records manager. I do take supplements: Vit D3, zinc, olive leaf extract, CoQ10, turmeric and a few others. no OTC drugs. Any other recommendations would be appreciated. I have turned into my mother without the health problems. I think genetics has a lot to do with it. That’s my excuse anyway!
