I’ve been posting for years not to continue paying entities that want you and your beliefs killed. Sucks to be right on this, but...
There VMail inbox is filling up. I know (from a group on MeWe) the PGA just got at least 20 calls to their “membership) hotline. It’s all automated but you can leave a message.
They have youth programs in the Chicago area, but nothing down here that I am aware of. I had a fairly good run going to Florida for winter golf. Before the GFC it was really expensive to play peak season. When the crisis hit green fees were cut in half and 2nd tier country clubs opened up some tee times for the general public. When condo rental prices went crazy a few years ago, we quit going. By that time, golf fees had recovered somewhat, but still well below pre GFC prices.
Regarding Starlink. Thanks, I’ll look in to it.
I’m a golfer and a golf watcher so this really pisses me off. So I got to thinking, perhaps we should do an in depth analysis of each venue and their sponsors to see what “issues” that they may have in their past. Just a thought.
Are we now to the point where we must boycott golf? I mean, millions of fans look forward to being put to sleep by the announcers, I’m sure.

A maskless lunch today at the local sports bar, the consensus among the regulars is everyone is sick of sports being politicized or used as some vehicle for political messages. Even some of he sports blab shows today had clips of the “riot” for some reason, so they are still crying about it.
Have they started arresting the Club Members yet?
You know it’s bad when the PGA get’s woke.
Oh well, they have been playing without galleries for a year, they will be used to nobody watching.
I am not a golfer, but FRom time to time, I enjoyed watching particularly challenging PGA tournaments.
