What an anti-trust gang-up looks like.
Or how to quick start-up a true fascist state.

I don’t see how this couldn’t fit under antitrust laws.

Have you been paying attention to the justice department and the courts over the last 4 years?

I hope he doesn’t expect or require a Supreme Court to get a supportive judgement on the Big Techs. We all know most the high courts won’ do anything for you if the Dems don’t like it. The go to line is to say “You do not have standing to present this lawsuit. So clear out of my Courtroom now, please.”

I’m sure Parler has business contract with these companies to provide their services, and if those contracts are violated then it could be a big payday for Parler.

Twitter was used to , and is still being used to coordinate antifa .
I would post a bunch of links but FreeRepublic doesn’t want Twitter links ( the people that keep no twitter , no blog post are wrong in cutting off access to good information - you got to learn to learn to fight them and sometimes it takes access to their stuff )

Finally some good news. They’re looking to shut us up! And after that, they can do whatever they want and no one will be able to cry “purge!”

"Dr" Jill needs to step in.....Twitter staff needs immersion courses in remedial reading.
Twitter permanently removed Trump’s account on its platform and justified its censorship.....
saying the president had violated its “Glorification of Violence Policy.” Twitter acted against Trump
AFTER Trump posted a message urging protesters to remain peaceful and leave the Capitol.

Unequal treatment of others on the platform? Collusion in constraint of trade? Discovery issues unearthed? Parler should build it’s own cloud farm or ranch or whatever.

I think that this is a “we had a contract and you broke it” thing.

We know now that conservatives should have rushed to broaden their technology options right after Trump was elected, but we sat on our behinds, thinking that all we needed to do was to reelect Trump. It’s still doable now, but it’s gonna be harder. I posted about this on FR, but I still had Firefox on my phone when Trump was de-platformed.

One of the problems with an anti-trust suit is that it’s often hard to demonstrate that anyone is actually harmed by one of these monopolies. Competitors to companies like Amazon and Twitter really don’t have any standing to challenge a monopoly because U.S. anti-trust laws are aimed at protecting the interests of CUSTOMERS, not competitors. Fair competition is simply the mechanism for ensuring that customers can get the best value at the lowest price possible.
I don’t know if the leaders of these tech giants are really as dumb as they seem to be, but in this case they seem to be giving a real, live customer all the standing he needs to pursue an anti-trust claim against them.

Constitution of the United States of America
Is the only such constitution on the planet right now , amongst her 280 some nations ; that has a first amendment
guaranteeing a right to free speech.
