For a year and a half I have exercised five days a week. For a while now, I have run over two and a half miles a day on a 12 percent incline. The program on my smartwatch indicates I have the pulmonary health of a 52 year old. If they ultimately give me nothing else to live for, I may "not go gentle into that good night."
