This is a bald faced lie. The shooter was hiding in waiting with gun drawn. When the young woman began climbing through a high window he walked toward her with gun drawn and shot her at point blank range. Murder!
At no time was he endangered. He willfully and with malice of forethought shot and killed an unarmed woman who was completely immobilized by her position in the window.
