Yep, no imminent threat of death or serious physical injury. The destruction of property, in this case, did not warrant Deadly Force.

She wasn't even the one who had broken the window in the door. That had been done earlier from what I understand. I think she was climbing up to get a better look inside. The door was barricaded, and she probably couldn't see the armed men standing on either side of the door. Being a 14 year military veteran, if she'd seen them, I highly doubt she would have proceeded. It was outright murder.
