Viewer discretion advised. Video clearly shows the officer shooting Ashli. Watch this and tell me it's not murder.
“He was itching to shoot someone. Homicide”
*******************************************
That’s for damned sure.
It’s certainly not a matter of him “fearing for his life”. It was a cold-blooded, planned execution. His family must be so proud of him.
> “That’s the real legal standard for deadly force use in Washington DC”
Does not even remotely apply to Capitol Police or Secret Service in defense of our men and women in Congress, the White House, or the judiciary.
Had she been a BLM thug, America would be burning now.
Who is the inhumane POS who murdered in cold blood this woman at point blank range?
“The law is the same, regardless of who you are.”
That is obviously not true.
“A badge is not a license to kill”
Depends on standing orders.
> “It doesn’t appear that there were any ‘dignitaries’ in the vicinity”
You did notice the pile of chairs and whatnot that served as a barricade?
You did notice that he stepped out of a side hallway that the cameraman cannot see down from his/her own side of the barricade?
They weren’t protecting an empty broom closet down there, son.
It didn’t sound like he even gave her a chance to save her life by ordering her to back down, and I’m not even sure she saw the gun being pointed at her. There was absolutely no justification for shooting her in that situation.
“...Not taking up for the shooter cuz I think deadly force was a bit over the top...”
*****************************************************
You think? Just a bit over the top. Yeah, tell her family that.
No it's not. There are two sets of law. One set if you're a useful idiot for the globalists, another, harsher one if you're Conservative.
No, if she were black it wouldn’t make a difference because of her participation in a MAGA event. The outrage is only reserved for left-aligned black people.
Actually, it does.
In DC, no way will a black officer get into legal trouble for shooting a white Trump supporter. If they bothered to charge him, no DC jury would convict.
“ ...the man with the gun was in the right.”
******************************************
Can you tell us what brand of boot polish he uses on his highly polished shoes? Does it have a sweet or slightly salty taste?
Unfortunately, she made a tragic mistake that cost her life. If I were given the chance, I'd say the same thing to her family. Emotions were high, lotsa chaos...she got shot.
Capital police certainly don’t were white shirts and french style cuff links. So, that lines up with rumors it was a congressman.
We, the People aren’t allowed to carry inside the Capitol so how is it this cold blooded murderer is?
While I have little doubt there will be no prosecution because the victim was a Republican and white, the law, for those that want to know is very hard on police in DC:
It’s found at Subtitle N, Section 119 of the criminal code
Part (b) starts the meat:
“A law offier shall not use deadly force against a person unless:
(1) the law enforcement officer reasonably believe that deadly fore is immediately necessary to protect the law enforcement officer or another person, other than the subject of the use of deadly force, from the threat of serious bodily injury or death;
(2) the law enforcement’s officer’s actions are reasonable, given the totality of the circumstances; and
(3) all other options have been exhausted or do not reasonably lend themselves to the circumstances.
(c) A trier of fact shall consider:
(1) the reasonableness of the law enforcement officer’s belief and actions from the perspective of a reasonable law enforcement officer; and
(2) the totality of the circumstances, which shall include: (A) whether the subject of the use of deadly force:
(i) possessed or appeared to possess a deadly weapon and
(ii) refused to comply with the law enforcement officer’s lawful order to surrender an object believed to be a deadly weapon prior to the law enforcement officer using deadly force
(B) whether the law enforcement officer engaged in de-escalation measures prior to the use of deadly force, including taking cover, waiting for back-up, trying to calm the subject of the use of force, or using non-deadly force prior to the use of deadly force; and
(C) whether any conduct by the law enforcement officer prior to the use of deadly force increased the risk of confrontation resulting in deadly force being used.
Here there was no danger to the police officer or any one else. She was behind a barricade, unarmed, and police were behind her.
Contrary to taking cover, he escalated the situation by coming out from cover and shot her.
It’s murder.
All the badge lickers can piss off.
“Unfortunately, she made a tragic mistake that cost her life. If I were given the chance, I’d say the same thing to her family. Emotions were high, lotsa chaos...she got shot.”
*******************************************************
Yeah... of course. She asked for it. You could say the same about Sophie Scholl. But you likely wouldn’t know about that.
THIS?
I have this video downloaded if any one wants it.
