That clip is the same as the live feed I was watching when she was shot. The voice with the feed said the shooter was Secret Service.
I’m still deciding who shot her. The echo is a little quiet for M-4 guy, yes?

It had to be the SS who shot her because had it been an active shooter, the whole building would have been locked down and emptied by military, cops, SS, and also note the man standing over her was well dressed- I’m guessing he was someone who works in the capital? IF so, he wasn’t immediately covered and protected like he would have been had an ‘active shooter’ in the crowd done the shooting- No alarm by the SS or anyone really when it happened- except some in crowd saying ‘active shooter’ - The only conclusion is that it was a SS that did it
