There is tons of evidence. The courts refuse to hear the cases and look at the evidence. Toomey and the fake news keep saying “the courts have found no evidence.” This is driving me nuts. You cannot find anything when you intentionally keep your eyes closed.

I think it goes deeper than that. . . they probably have something on him.
To say Joe Biden won could mean two different things.
A) Joe Biden appears to have won, although this may be due to honest or dishonest means.
B) Joe Biden did in fact win honestly.
Now if Toomey merely means A, then his statement has no purpose as nobody disputes this.
But if Toomey means sense B, then the evidence weighs strongly against him.
But by not specifying which he means, he has the advantage that if one challenges him on the evidence he merely has to defend meaning A although when not challenged he will build a narrative that assumes sense B.
Naturalists do the same exact thing when they claim Evolution has been proven...not specifying whether or not they are including abiogenesis in what they mean by Evolution.
Its kind of an unstated equivocation fallacy.
