Covington High School graduate Nick Sandmann challenged his former lawyer, L. Lin Wood, after he claimed that Vice President Mike Pence could face arrest, imprisonment, and execution for treason.
“I’m sorry but what the hell,” Sandmann wrote on Twitter, sharing Wood’s message:

I think you are right on. We also need to remember Nick is still very young.
Wood was never Kyle’s attorney. He had John Pierce, his partner, represent KR but due to smear tactics against Pierce he resigned after he got KR released on bail.
What does bother me about Wood is that he refuses to do KR the simple favor of making one tweet to KR’s new fund raising site on twitter. And he has been asked several times by Kyle and by hundreds of Kyle’s supporters to do so.
John Pierce has been very generous in his continued support of KR even though he is no longer his attorney.

I spent over 20 yrs. of my life as lawyer for John & Patsy Ramsey & their son, Burke. Before Patsy died in 2006, I promised her I would be there for Burke if he was again falsely accused.
In 2017, CBS falsely accused him. I kept my word. I was there.

Did he, though? How much cash did Sandmann get? The amount of the settlement is confidential, and I haven’t seen anything that leads me to believe the settlement was that big.
Wood threatened to sue CNN for breach of the confidentiality agreement when Stelter (who probably does not know the settlement amount) suggested it was nuisance value. That suggests to me Stelter was right. Otherwise, Wood would have used the excuse to publicize the amount.
Reporters called it a $250 million lawsuit,” but that’s just a number Wood pulled out of his fourth point of contact and put into the complaint in order to splash a headline. It has no bearing on the actual value of the lawsuit.

What’s missing in this thread is the outrageous accusations Lin Wood has been making about people WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE.
Apparently, Nick felt like he needed to publicly denounce and distance himself from his former lawyer’s despicable and baseless charges, and I applaud him for it.
I wonder if the mystery of that case will ever be resolved? So many theories floating around about who, when, how, etc. Almost on a par with Jack The Ripper, in that it may never be definitively known who the perp was.
As a young man he can use his voice or his non-voice as he did on the Supreme Court steps.

I agree with your comments and would note that we seem to have a smattering of spies on this thread dedicated to besmirching Wood and any other item of discussion that might benefit the cause of Trump. Who they are is clear by just reading thru the thread; additionally, none of them have a background.
