Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said Wednesday that he will not jump ahead of more vulnerable populations, such as seniors, to receive a vaccine for the Chinese coronavirus despite his status as an elected official, telling reporters that he is “not the priority.”
“I’m willing to take it, but I am not the priority. They’re the priority,” he said, referencing seniors.

A governor knows what medical ethics and Christian morality say what to do when you got a scarcity of medicine. Those whose live are most apt to be saved get it first.
Too bad the CDC, the Congress, public employees, the Medical societies, the US Military, and most states don’t know it. Or dont care.
Mad respect for this man he’s not only been a great governor he’s got a little Trump in him

Interesting that Newsom said he would revoke the license of any doctor or nurse who gave vaccine to any non-group 1a person, right before Kamala Harris got vaccinated on live TV.
I presume whoever vaccinated her had their license revoked - NOT.
He’s fearless. Truly. And a reluctant politician. He has litt use for grandstanding and gladhanding. Just a regular guy.
And fearless. Did I say fearless yet? He was my congressman before gov. Met him a few times. Tough.
I am really surprised. I underestimated DeSantis.

Yep. DeSantis = LEADERSHIP. Real leadership. He has swagger, smarts, and conviction and he is kicking butt as governor in Florida.
Want proof?
He cleaned up Dade and Palm Beach County elections immediately after becoming governor. He saw the problem that countless others had seen and he did something about it.
Florida ran a straight election with no shenanigans. Something that had not happened in decades and the results were quick and decisive.
By the way.... I believe Trump did far better in both those counties. Coincidence?
