Assembled in teams at folding tables, GBI agents and state election investigators this past week scrutinized voter signatures on absentee ballot envelopes, a major test of their legitimacy.
A small number of mismatched signatures would discredit suspicions from President Donald Trump and election skeptics who claim the system for verifying voter identity allows rampant fraud. Significant mismatches would expose flaws in the ballot verification process.
The unprecedented review of absentee ballots, scheduled to be finished this week, is comparing signatures on ballot envelopes with their signatures on file. Fifty investigators are working to examine a 15,000-ballot sample of the nearly 150,000 absentee ballots returned in Cobb County.
The GBI often reviews signatures in cases involving forgery or other financial crimes, but nothing as broad as the current audit of ballot envelope signatures, said Bahan Rich, GBI special agent in charge of the Atlanta regional office.
“This is on a much grander scale than anything we have ever done before or been involved in, dealing with this amount of records,” Rich said.

15K BALLOTS DIVIDED BY 50 counters = 300 counts per checker. Not too much to ask in 1 half day.
Regardless of whether they find few or many, this level of checking should be done (and let it be known that it will be done) with every election.
Ballots separated from the envelopes. Just say you’re sorry. Never ask permission. Then it’s too late.
Comparison to signature records on file but they took a well run county.

If they have a voter signature audit the purpose will to be to white was the result the State wanted. if you think that they are to get to the truth, you are only fooling yourself.
Why in Cobb County?
Cobb Co. is more out of line from 2016 than Fulton Co., ~13,000 votes vs 10,000.
The real outliers are Douglas, Gwinnett & Henry.
I have a suggestion about what should happen:
Congressional members of congress should object to the electoral votes of Georgia as being invalid. Debate should confirm they are not and they are not counted.
So, they are not auditing the county under primary suspicion, not allowing observers, and apparently not comparing to a confirmed signature.
Who is conducting it?
Maybe a real test, finally.

Complete BS. They perform sample matching from cherry-picked republican run counties that had no fraud issues. A deliberate whitewash to cover the corruption/fraud Dem counties.
