President Donald Trump alleged Sunday that “we’re getting closer and closer,” in reference to his ongoing challenges to election results in key battleground states.
“We’re getting closer and closer. And I hope you let everybody know we’re actually very close,” Trump said on WABC radio.
“The fake news will not tell you that. They don’t want to talk about it. They’re trying to suppress it. We don’t have freedom of the press at all. It’s suppressed news. It’s a terrible thing that’s happened in our country. It’s been going on for, it started a long time ago, but it’s gotten to a point, it’s a terrible thing. It’s not freedom of the press, and we got to bring that back, because the press is so suppressed. It’s so dishonest. I don’t even call it fake news anymore. I call it corrupt news,” he added.
Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden’s team didn’t respond to a request for comment on Trump’s remarks.
Biden has declared victory in the Nov. 3 election. “Altogether, Vice President-elect [Kamala] Harris and I earned 306 electoral votes—well exceeding the 270 electoral votes needed to secure victory,” he said on Dec. 14, after electors met in their respective states to cast votes.
But Trump, his campaign, and other Republicans are challenging results in states including Pennsylvania and Georgia, pointing to irregularities and possible fraud.
The Epoch Times hasn’t called the race at this time.
None of the legal challenges have so far led to changes in the results, but an ongoing case in Michigan produced a report on a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines and software, concluding the infamous vote flip in the county was a result of the voting system’s design.

I just listened to an interview with Rudy on Newsmax...not encouraging at all. Kind of a wonky interview with Rudy not offering anything in the way of evidence, rather saying stuff like, “if the states would give us the opportunity to examine the voting machines”.
The recent report of Sidney Powell and others meeting in the white house...Rudy totally distanced himself and the administration from her on Newsmax Shaun Spicer show a few minutes ago.
Didn’t feel like that today. Walker’s longtime attorney that Trump had named to the WI SC today ruled against him in a 4-3 vote. Georgia is still a mess. It seems like Trump came close to making some big moves this weekend—and then backed away from them all.
If he lets this go to the 6th without any “big moves” on the part of Trump, I’ll be very disappointed.

Its just cute that 2/3rds of the people here think the entire Deep State is just going to flip in a day or two and say WELP GUESS YOU WERE RIGHT. Lets completely reverse course from proclaiming Biden the winner on every major news channel, cable show, website, and social media account for a month.
Trump has been beaten to a pulp and it seems to be showing.
I’m not sure he and his family will ever have any peace again - trying to save the USA is ruining their lives.
It seems to be what he’s opting for. Playing out a few more court attempts, then hoping that somehow Congress will save him. But with as many RINOs in Congress as in the state legislatures, I’m not feeling great about that.
Sydney was at the Whitehouse again last night.
I hope they jail those responsible for cheating.
