Barr is not anout to use Justic in order to pursue personal vendettas. That’s why he dissappoints the right, who in this respect are little different, or better, than the left.

No. An SC is an invitation to pursue a subject/justice on a personal level. On a federal level it is, as Mueller amply demonstrated, an invitation to deep abuse of power and sub$stance.

I am neither that naive or desirous of corrption. The investigation is already under way. I would not expect leaks.

There is a tension between a citizenry being well-informed, and justice which can easily be despoiled by media.

It seems the general public’s expectation of an Attorney General is that he regularly titillate their personal sense of justice and vengeance. For that reason I am delighted to see AG Barr disappoint.

Barr knows more than anyone what’s going on. Perhaps there are indictments near or plea deals.

Or perhaps a deal is in the works to have it all go away in some fashion prior to January 20.

The special counsel is an extra-constitutional invention of the left. Barr does well and responsibly to avoid it.

Finally! It took 13 posts in to find a sensible post! I would caution everyone to not pass judgement on AG Barr too soon. Sessions had a job to do as did Whitaker. So did Barr. Now there's another job to be done by another player. Trump is firmly in control.
